Danine Smith

The majority of my experience is in Inner London primary schools. I have also taught in an International school in Thailand. I have mainly taught Pre-Nursery, Early Years and Key Stage 1. I have led numerous subjects, including: Maths, Science and PSHE. I have also been a SENCO. I have supported the professional development of key leaders in a variety of schools. I run the Beyond Early Years course and have carried out NQT training. 

I have been a member of the senior leadership team for a number of years and I am currently the Head of School at Chesterton Primary School but retain a passion for the Early Years.

What support can I bring? To support the development of Early Years practice through supporting leaders, teachers and support staff. To analyse data to identify strengths and areas of development. 

Alex Green

Areas of expertise: Early Years and Phonics

The majority of my experience is in Inner London Primary schools. I have mainly taught Early Years and Key Stage 1. I have led subject areas and phase groups as well as being a lead teacher for Phonics and Early Years.  I have been a Deputy Head for four years and in this role I have led on assessment, inclusion, performance management, teaching and learning in the Lower School, the curriculum, behaviour and safeguarding. I have delivered NQT training, offered school to school support and have also run the Beyond Early Years course.

What support can I bring? To support the development of Early Years practice through supporting leaders, teachers and support staff. To support the development of effective Phonics teaching in schools.

Vicky Linke

For the last 10 years I have worked in Inner London Primary schools. I have taught across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 and have led reading and writing in different schools supporting the development of key leaders in different settings. I have been a Deputy Head for the past three years and lead on curriculum with a particular focus on reading/writing and NQT provision.

What support can I bring? Support the development of teaching and learning in KS1 and KS2. Support for embedding grammar through the curriculum. Support with planning, marking and assessment. INSET training. Support for leaders, teachers and support staff. Supporting NQTs
